EMS Cooperative Symposia and Workshops
Communicating EMS initiatives is a priority for the EMS Cooperative. Postal operators from all around the world and stakeholders take part in EMS Cooperative symposia, training and workshops.
Since 2001, the EMS Cooperative has successfully organized events to support EMS operators in their work to strengthen their EMS service for customers worldwide. The events aim to ensure that participants:
- Collaborate strategically to grow the EMS business,
- Understand the need to provide a high quality EMS service,
- Recognise the important service elements of EMS,
- Interpret performance data to identify gaps and agree on action plans to make improvements, both to address immediate issues and on an ongoing basis.
In addition, regular online regional teleconferences which have allowed operators to innovate to identify ways to improve EMS for customers worldwide.
