Further to EmIS 40/2021, the designated operator of Viet Nam, VNPost, would like to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the COVID-19 situation in Viet Nam has improved sufficiently to allow the operations of VNPost to return to normal. The delivery of all inbound letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items will be carried out in strict compliance with the declared standards.
