EMS tracking disclaimer

EMS does not intervene in service issues between Posts and their customers. Such enquiries and claims must be initiated by the sender at the post office in the origin country. National Posts manage postal tracking data, and their Customer Service departments can answer general item queries or help you locate your item.

Confidentiality Statement

EMS Cooperative Audit & Measurement and Pay-for-Performance Programmes

The tracking data received in the framework of the EMS Audit and Measurement and Pay-for-Performance programmes is confidential and shall only be used by the EMS Cooperative and the International Bureau (through its EMS Unit) for control of quality and statistical purposes, including activities such as performance analysis and production of reports for EMS operators; in this regard, such tracking data will not be passed on to third parties by the UPU without the authorization of the EMS operator concerned.

Furthermore, the analyses and reports referred to above may be used for the publication of EMS Cooperative statistics and/or presentation materials in a consolidated and aggregate format. These materials, which shall not contain any personal or commercially-sensitive information, may be published on the EMS Cooperative website with rights of access restricted to members of the EMS Cooperative and the EMS Unit. A subset of these consolidated materials may also be used to meet UPU regulatory requirements or decisions as necessary.
